Cold Rain And Snow has been a popular folk song well over 100 years. It's traditional with an unknown origin but some date it to North Carolina in the 1870's. We thought a blues rock take on it would be fun!

He took me for his wife
He gave me trouble all my life
He left me out in the cold rain and snow
Rain and snow, rain and snow
He left me out in the cold rain and snow
Now I’ve done all I can do
To try to get along with you
And I ain't gonna be treated this way
This-a way, oh my Lord
I ain't gonna be treated this way
SOLO
I slowly climbed the stairs
Combin' back my long golden hair
And my cheeks were as red as a rose
As a rose, red as a rose
Yeah, my cheeks were as red as a rose
I followed him to the dark room
Where he would meet his doom
Cause I ain't gonna be treated this-a way
This-a way, oh no
No more cold rain and snow
